Cookie Notice

This notice explains the current use of cookies and similar technologies on the XAR website.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Summary

The XAR website presents XAR Hub, our websites, digital solutions, automation and hardware, and includes a contact form. We use a Google Ads conversion tracking tag on this website. We do not use retargeting pixels or behavioral tracking cookies beyond this.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website or service. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels, tags, and server logs, can also be used to operate websites, remember settings, measure usage, or support marketing.

3. Essential technologies

The website may use essential technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the website and contact form. These may include:

  • hosting and server logs used to deliver pages and protect the website;
  • Formspree form handling and spam prevention features, including a honeypot field;
  • basic security or network features provided by the hosting platform.

Essential technologies are used because the website cannot function properly or securely without them.

4. Analytics and marketing cookies

This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google's gtag.js), which may set cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These cookies are not loaded or set until you actively consent to them — see "Your consent choices" below. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, or similar analytics or marketing tools beyond this. If further tools are added later, this notice will be updated and, where required, we will ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.

5. Your consent choices

When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you want to allow advertising and measurement cookies (Google Ads). We use Google's Consent Mode: our advertising tag is not requested by your browser at all until you choose "Accept all" or enable advertising cookies in "Manage preferences" — if you choose "Reject non-essential", the tag is never loaded and no advertising cookies are set. Your choice is stored on your device so the banner does not appear on every visit. You can review or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

6. Third-party requests

The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. This may involve your browser making a request to Google's servers to deliver font files. We do not use Google Fonts for advertising tracking. In the future, we may self-host fonts to reduce third-party requests.

7. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or set preferences for specific websites. Blocking essential technologies may affect how some websites work.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice if the website setup changes, for example if analytics, marketing tools, or additional form services are added. The "Last updated" date shows when this notice was most recently revised.
